Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us. You do not need the app installed to ask.
From the app
Sign in, open Account, and use “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page. It takes effect immediately.

If you have removed the app, or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We reply within seven days.

Your shop, if you had one.
Your listings.
Every photograph you uploaded.
Kept, with your name removed
Past orders, for accounting. The order stays; you are no longer named on it.
Sellers keep a record that an enquiry happened, without your number or the words you wrote.
Payment records, where the law requires us to hold them.
Deletion runs immediately and is not reversible. There is no waiting period and no way to recover the account afterwards.
